Get ready for the best Chicken Mini recipe EVER!! I have made this several times & have finally perfected the recipe. So lets get cooking!
Ingredients
- Honey 1/2 cup
- Butter about 1 stick
- Sister Schubert’s Parker House Style Yeast Rolls, (in the freezer section)
- Just Bare Frozen Chicken nuggets (about 20)
Gather all of your ingredients and prep your oven, ย so pre-heat your oven to 350. Get out your biscuits which can be cooked frozen or thawed, obviously the cook time will differ if they are frozen or not. This is where it gets super juicy, I like to take 1/2 of the butter and put it right over the biscuits, then I take the honey bottle and drizzle that all over the top of the biscuits, do whatever feels good to you!

Now it’s time to cook, add foil to the top and bake the biscuits for about 10 mins, give them an extra 10 minutes if they were frozen. If you are able cook the chicken nuggets at the same time in an air fryer (I highly recommend using an air fryer for the chicken, it really gives it the same texture as the restaurant), you can follow the package instructions cooking at 400 in the air fryer for 10ish minutes, otherwise toss the nuggets in the oven with the bisuits. While these are cooking melt the rest of the butter and add the honey to it and mix them together.

Once both the biscuits and nuggets are cooked you will cut the biscuits in half and place one chicken nugget inside, then you will pour on, brush on, whatever makes your heart happy, but just don’t skimp cause butter and honey are like gold!! Then it’s time to take a bite & you will not be disappointed!

Look at these mouthwatering Minis!!
We absolutely love this recipe, & bonus I have found the best hash browns that are very similar to Chick-Fil-A hash browns, same as the chicken, I highly recommend using the air fryer to cook them, a little dash of salt after cooking & you will be doing a double take, wondering if you are at home or at Chcik-Fil-A! & I always keep a bottle of Chick-fil-A sauce in the fridge, & you should too!

Cooking directions
- Butter 1 stick
- Honey 1/2 cup
- Sister Schubert’s Parker House Style Yeast Rolls, (in the freezer section, Iโve had the most luck finding these at certain Targets, Publix, and Walmart, At this point, whenever I see them in stock I purchased one or two just to have on hand.) let the rolls thaw off some.
- Just Bare frozen chicken nuggets (about 20 nuggets, I usually find these at Samโs Club)
Start by air frying the nuggets 400 for 10 mins, the air fryer is my preferred method of cooking both the nuggets as well as the tater tots, however if you don’t have an air fryer just use the oven.
preheat the oven to 350, you will chop pieces of butter and place them on the top of the rolls, then apply a generous amount of honey, then cover the rolls with tin foil & cook the rolls in the oven for 10mins, try hard not to over cook because soft is what we are going for.
While the rolls & nuggets cook melt the rest of the butter and add honey & mix together.
Once the rolls are done pull them out and slice them in half (they are pre-cut so they cut easily) now you will place one piece of chicken inside each roll like a sandwich, then you can brush the tops of each chicken mini with the butter/honey mix, I prefer the dump on top & totally drench the minis, but you can decide for yourself. & don’t forget to try the hash brown to make the ultimate chick-fil-a breakfast combo.
At this point you are ready to enjoy the most delicious breakfast you will have at home & you will be saving some money making these delicious minis at home.
